EPIS Publication Guideline
All EPIS publications follow strict academic and journalistic standards. This guideline outlines the principles that apply to all fellows contributing content.
Core Principles
- Fact-based analysis: All claims must be supported by credible sources and data.
- Non-partisan approach: EPIS does not advocate for any political party. Publications must present balanced analysis.
- Academic integrity: Proper citation of all sources. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Formatting Standards
- Word count: 1,500–4,000 words depending on format
- Citations: Chicago or Harvard style
- Language: English (primary) or German
- All publications receive a DOI upon acceptance
Editorial Process
Submissions go through a two-stage review: peer review by fellow members and editorial review by the working group lead. Feedback is provided within 14 days of submission.
